Arrival in winter – overnight parking
In winter, you can only get to the Golmerhaus with the Golmer cable car – please note the last ascent.
There is a overnight parking for your car at the valley station in Vandans or at the Latschau middle station (free of charge) by the reservoir.
Luggage and passenger transport with snowcat and transport gondola
The Golmer cable car will be happy to transport your luggage. The transport gondola takes up to 10 people and luggage comfortably to the Golmerhaus.
Departure with the snowcat is from Berggasthof Grüneck.
The choice is yours … Ski on your day of arrival and come and check in directly at the Golmerhaus. It will be ready for you from 3pm. Or you can arrive with your luggage by snowcat, in which case we will be waiting for you at the Golmerhaus from around 4.30pm. On the day of your departure, the snow groomer will arrive at around 8am to collect your luggage. Please vacate the house by 10am.
Please arrange your luggage and/or passenger transportation directly with the Golmer cable car (Vorarlberger Illwerke, phone 0043-5556-701).
Please load and unload your luggage yourself.
The invoice is to be paid directly to the snowcat driver in cash.
Arrival in summer
In summer you can get to the Golmerhaus either by taking the Golmer cable car (please note operating times), on foot or by car.
Arrival by Golmer cable car during operating hours:
to Matschwitz middle station with subsequent 20 min. ascent
or
to the Grüneck mountain station with subsequent 50 min. descent
foot from Latschau reservoir – (1,5 to 2 hours)
Arrival by car:
Only four-wheel drive cars (10% gradient) and a driver with mountain experience are allowed to drive to the Golmerhaus.
A maximum of two vehicles will receive a driving permit.
Please park additional cars in the overnight parking lots (free of charge) at the valley station in Vandans or at the Latschau middle station by the reservoir.
Check-in / out
At the day of arrival the house is at your disposal from 3pm, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate it by 10am .
All year round, we prefer weekly bookings with arrival and departure on Sunday.
